PLTW Biomedical Innovation students recently participated in the Junior Science and Humanities Symposium on March 3rd and 4th in Columbia, Missouri. 
The following students were asked to present their research orally against other participants.

Tanner Jacobi: Ahead of the Curve: Correlation of Epidemic Model Scale and Forecast Accuracy using an Influenza SIR Model

Mia Stevenson: Fight the Mite: The Effect of Bombella Apis on Varroa destructor Infection Rate in Honey Bees

Oyinloluwa Ganiyu made it to the final round where she qualified for the National competition in Virginia Beach, Virginia the week of April 12-15th!
