If you are a parent or legal guardian residing within the Wentzville School District boundaries and wish to enroll your student, follow the procedures below. We can't wait for you to join our school community.

Enroll a New Student (Grades 1-12)
Create an account and log in to the Wentzville School District Online Enrollment | Focus School Software Portal (our student information system) to complete the parent registration and student enrollment forms. If you prefer, you may download the Wentzville Schools (Focus) App (Apple App Store / Android App Store) and complete the enrollment process using the app (view directions).
You will need to complete the online registration forms in Focus prior to attending the Wentzville School District. Your child may need an appointment at their school to select courses.

Please note, after initial new student enrollment, the family will be required to provide annual updated proof of residency within Focus.

- Admit if a student is six years old by July 31 or before Aug. 1.
- Admit if a student is not six years old by July 31 and has attended and completed a kindergarten program at a school accredited by:
- Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE); or
- North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA); or
- Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS); or
- University of Missouri Committee on Accredited School Non-Public (CAS); or
- Cognia

Kindergarten Registration
All children who will turn five before Aug. 1, 2025, are eligible to attend kindergarten. To register your child for kindergarten, follow the steps below:
- Complete a kindergarten screening. If your child has not been screened at their preschool, daycare, or at the Parents as Teachers office you may sign up for a screening here. Children who have not been screened yet will complete their screening at the registration event. Appointment required for screening.
- Attend registration event between 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 3:15-7:30 p.m. at Berrey-Place Center, One Campus Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385. Come prepared with the required items including proof of residency, immunization record, birth certificate, parent/guardian photo ID, and documentation regarding legal guardianship (if applicable). No appointment necessary.

March 4, 6, 11, 13, & 18 | Make-up date if needed - Check your address with our boundary locator to see which elementary school your child will attend.
- Create an account (or login) on Online Enrollment | Focus School Software Portal complete the online application process, and submit the required items within Focus School Software. The first question in the online enrollment is:
- Choose "Next School Year: 2025-2026" for all incoming kindergartners
- Get excited and stay tuned for updates from your child’s school as we gear up for the upcoming school year!
- Complete a kindergarten screening. If your child has not been screened at their preschool, daycare, or at the Parents as Teachers office you may sign up for a screening here.
