    • How do I enroll?

    Returning Families-Families who are currently enrolled will register through your Eleyo account.  Account

    New Families-Families new to Chautauqua- enroll online via our web page New Family Enrollment

     Enrollment for the 23-24 school year will be available in June.

     

    • Why do you have a waiting list?

    All sites have a waiting list due to staffing concerns.  Once your student has been registered, you will receive an email letting you know they have been placed on our waiting list.  We will contact you when we have a spot available.

     

    • What if I need my child to attend only once in a while?

    We do not offer a drop-in program or a sporadic care program.

     

    • Do we pay a registration fee every year?

    The registration fee of $75 is a one-time family fee. Once it has been paid, you do not pay it again.

     

    • When are payments due?

    Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are invoiced electronically via email.  Payments made after the 10th of the month are charged a $15 late fee.

     

    • What are the hours of the program?

    The program is open from 6 am until the start of school and from the end of school until 6 pm. 

     

    • What if I cannot pick up at 6 pm?

    If you pick up after 6:00 pm, we charge a $2 late fee for every minute.  We have a dismissal policy after 3 late occurrences.  We encourage you to have alternate pick-ups listed on your child’s account that staff can call in case of an emergency.  

     

    • Is Chautauqua open on holidays?

    The program is not open on every out-of-school day, our calendar is posted in our parents' handbook and on our website.

     

    • Why is the tuition the same for some months that are shorter and for some months that are longer?

    Our tuition rates stay the same each month as our rates are based on the total number of school days in session per school year, with the exception of August.

     

    • Is the program open on snow days?

    Our program is not open on snow days.  In the event the superintendent calls a delayed start due to inclement weather, only students that are enrolled in before care on that day may attend the program.

     

    • What is the difference between full and part-time?

    Full-time is when your child attends four or more days per week.  Part-time is 3 days or less.  Please note, if your child attends on a full-time basis, they are not assigned a bus.

     

    • Is a snack provided in the afternoon?

    We provide a snack in the afternoon and post a calendar in the cafeteria and on our website.  If your child has an allergy, please let our staff know.

     

    • What if my schedule changes due to my job?

    We can accommodate changing schedules. We just ask that you provide us with your schedule a month in advance.
