Welcome to the Wentzville School District Chautauqua Program!
In a continuing effort to meet the needs of our community, the Wentzville School District is offering the Chautauqua Before and After School program for families needing a caring, enriching, and well-supervised program for their children’s before and after school time. The Chautauqua Program is in its seventeenth year in the Wentzville School District. We are pleased to offer this service at all elementary schools as an extension of the school day.
The Chautauqua Program requires on-line registrations for all students and families. Hard copies of handbooks are not printed but can be found here.
Parents will be given a PIN number and will enter that number upon check in/out of their child(ren) at the site. Parents will have access to their child's account upon check in/out to make payments via debit/credit card. You still may pay via check but we also accept E-check and can authorize your checking account to debit your tuition on an automatic basis.
Please note that all registrations have at least a 3 day processing period. We do not start students the same day or the next day that you register. This is done for the safety of out students to ensure that all the information is communicated to all the appropriate staff members.
Registration for the January 18th Full Day is closed. The program is full. You can still register for February 15th as well as spring break. Programs are on a first come first serve basis.
All registrations will have at least a 3 day waiting period. We do not grant next day start dates due to the volume of students in our program. Parents will chose the above link to register for our Full Days. You will mark that you are a returning student as to avoid the charge for the registration fee.
Schedule Changes/Dropping Program
If you are making a change to your child'(s) Chautauqua schedule or dropping from the program you must fill out a Program Change Form and return it to your Chautauqua Facilitator or the Program office. A two week notice must be given for any change requests. Please note, families are allowed only one change per month. If a two week notice is NOT given your account will be charged for the tuition that is owed.
Parents have the option to set up payments through our auto draft option. Please complete the auto draft form and email, fax, or give to a Facilitator to participate in that option. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as the option to use your checking or savings account at no extra cost to you.
