Indoor Percussion
Congratulations to Timberland High School Indoor Percussion on their first place finish at the Central States Performance Association Championships held April 1st at Francis Howell. This is the second consecutive state championship for the group after winning last year in 2022. Indoor percussion is a performance activity similar to marching band that instead takes place indoors and does not include wind instruments. Instead of a football field, groups typically march on decorative tarps. This year's show was entitled "Connect." Timberland Indoor Percussion attended two other competitions this season, placing first at both as well. They also joined other Wentzville School District indoor groups to display their performances at the 3rd Annual Wentzville Showcase held March 29, at Liberty High School.
