Students must have a current and completed MSHSAA physical packet on file in order to participate in team sports. This includes our Cheer and Dance Teams. All forms will need to be turned in to the Student Office before tryouts begin. Only MSHSAA approved forms will be accepted, so please pick up a packet from Frontier Middle School to ensure you have all of the correct forms.
