Timberland Theatre Presents The Bold, the Young, and the Murdered

October 25, 2021

The Timberland High School Theatre Department will present Don Zoldis’ “The Bold, the Young, and the Murdered” on November 11, 12, and 13. This murder mystery comedy will be performed by an all-school cast and crew.

With the long-running soap opera in its last days, the executive producer gives the squabbling cast an ultimatum: complete one episode overnight or the show dies. But when the director ends up murdered, and other cast members start dropping like flies, it seems like his threat might actually come true. Can these misfits discover the murderer before the show is literally killed off?

Cast members include Anna Edwards, Joshua Baumgartner, Mikah Beck, Matthew Ehlmann, Emma Gorton, Sarah Hohenshell, Lucas Lowry, Ethan Mears, Nora Pryor, Tabitha Schacht, Kassidy Schmidt, Brayden Thomas, and Bella Volkman.

The play is under the stage management of Katelyn Rushing, assisted by Ellie Witzman and technical director Brenna Richards. “The Bold, the Young, and the Murdered” is produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. The production will be performed in the Carl E. Reininger Theatre at 7:00 p.m. on November 11, 12, and 13, 2021. Tickets are $6 for students and $8 for adults when purchased online. Tickets are available at the door for $8 for students and $10 for adults.
