June 2, 2025
The Wentzville School District Class of 2025 has been awarded almost $160,000 worth of local scholarships this year.
These deserving students from Holt, Liberty, North Point, and Timberland high schools received their diplomas on June 1, 2025, before they continue on with their post-secondary education. Individual amounts of these awards range from $500 to $4,000.
"We're incredibly proud of our hardworking students and all they have accomplished," said Brian Bishop, superintendent of schools. “We are also deeply grateful for our community's unwavering support. Thanks to these local businesses and partners, we can create even more avenues for our students to thrive in their future endeavors after their time in the WSD.”
The scholarships were awarded at the WSD Community Scholarship Awards Ceremony, which was held on May 15 at Liberty High School. The event was the District’s fourth joint awards ceremony.
