Niche Names WSD #16 Best School District in Missouri

The 2023 Niche Best Schools in America list named the Wentzville School District the #16 Best School District in Missouri. The WSD continues to rise in the ranks over recent years—up from #20 in 2019, #18 in 2020, and #17 in 2021.
WSD lands in the top 3.5% in Missouri with 455 public school districts ranked and the top 6% nationwide with nearly 11,000 public school districts ranked.
The District’s Niche report card reflects all As and Bs, with grades of A for academics, teachers, clubs and activities, and administration; A- for resources and facilities, college prep, and food; B+ for sports; and B- for diversity.
WSD schools that rank in the top 6% in the state include Green Tree Elementary (#45 elementary school), Frontier Middle School (#35 middle school), Liberty High School (#32 high school), and Timberland High School (#33 high school).
