WSD Families Can Access Online Learning Resources Through VarsityTutors

April 9, 2024

Wentzville School District parents looking for additional academic support for their student(s) after school or throughout the summer can now access comprehensive online learning resources through VarsityTutors.

Through VarsityTutors, every student in the WSD can take advantage of powerful learning resources, at no cost, including weekly Live Online Classes, On Demand 24/7 Chat Tutoring, Essay Editing, Celebrity-Led StarCourses, and Self-Study resources like recorded content, practice problems, and adaptive diagnostic tests.

VarsityTutor’s adaptive diagnostics help students learn where they need to focus and provide a learning plan that serves as a personalized roadmap to improvement. Instructional videos and practice problems will help students master challenging skills at their own pace.

The options are unlimited, as tutoring is available across all core subjects.

To access VarsityTutors, WSD students can seamlessly and securely log in using the District's ClassLink Portal. Learn more about logging in via ClassLink here.

Parents are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s education by assisting them in selecting lessons that cater to their specific needs. This collaborative approach empowers parents to contribute to their child’s academic success from the comfort of their own home.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has facilitated comprehensive access to Varsity Tutors for all districts in the state. This resource is intended solely for student use, and the WSD cannot monitor individual progress.
