Meet Your New Principal, Dr. Jodi Oliver!
Dear Heritage Intermediate Families,
It is with great excitement that I write to introduce myself as the next principal at Heritage Intermediate. As a Wentzville School District resident, I am truly honored to join your outstanding school community of teachers, students, staff, and parents.
I know this has been an unprecedented time these last few months. I want to reassure you that since I was named the new principal of Heritage Intermediate, I have been working behind the scenes with Dr. Kraft, Mr. Straub, Dr. Sutton, Heritage teachers, and other Wentzville Administrators. I am hoping that we can soon plan a few events where we can meet each other in person! In the meantime, here is some information to help you to get to know me better. I have taught first, second, fifth and sixth grades. I have also been a literacy coach and an Assistant Principal. The last 7 years I have been the Principal at Crestwood Elementary in the Lindbergh School District. I longed to be part of the community in which I reside which is why Heritage Intermediate is now going to be the place I call home! As your next principal, I look forward to continuing to build upon the energy, excitement, and culture of excellence that Dr. Kraft has fostered at Heritage.
I live in O’Fallon with my husband Adam. We have two dogs that we adore greatly, a basset hound and a beagle. I am a big sports fan and you can find me cheering on the Cardinals and Blues regularly! I also enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, bowling, crafting, and completing DIY projects around the house. Currently, my husband and I are also going through the foster care parenting training. We are excited to see where that takes us next!
I am so excited to get to know you and your students! I will share details, when able, for opportunities for us to meet in person. Together, we can make a difference!
