Welcome to Frontier Middle School!

If you are a parent or legal guardian residing within the Frontier Middle School boundaries and wish to enroll a new student for the 2023-2024 school year, please follow the procedures below:

• Please call our office at (636)625-1026 ext. 33241, to receive a link by email to our online registration forms (we need basic information from the parent/guardian in order to activate the link) and to set up an enrollment appointment.

• You will fill out the online registration forms prior to coming in for your enrollment appointment. 

•  Please bring a photo ID, proof of residency, immunization records, and any other documentation you may have regarding your student.
