To create an account, please locate the email invitation with the subject line “Welcome to Stopfinder.” You can also search your email for "Stopfinder" (written as one word with no spaces). Follow the instructions in the email to set up your account, as it is not possible to create an account directly from the app.

Logins cannot be created for Stopfinder. Our transportation department will send an invitation to Primary subscribers. The invitation link will be sent to the email provided to the district during registration. The invitation link will be sent to the email on file; this email address must be used for the initial login to the StopFinder app.

If you have forgotten your password, you must use the email used for your Stopfinder App invitation. If you have changed the email in your Stopfinder Profile, that email must be used when retrieving a password.

When you first log in, you will be brought to your student's card - this card will automatically use the current date. The student card will display the current date's transportation schedule. To view future dates, swipe from right to left. Swipe up to view additional student cards.

No. All late bus notifications will be sent through Stopfinder.

If you are a Primary Subscriber, you can share your student's schedule with additional Stopfinder App users. Tap the ellipses menu button on the student card for the student whose schedule you want to share. A menu will open at the bottom of the screen - tap Share Schedule. Complete all required fields and tap "Share."

To edit or remove a shared subscription, tap the Settings icon in the lower right-hand side of the app and select Manage Subscribers. Click on the menu next to the shared subscription and use the Disable Access menu item to prevent the selected subscriber from viewing student schedule information. If you need assistance, please reach out to transportation.

Go to your phone’s settings (the gear icon)

• Select “Apps”
• Select the StopFinder app from the list of apps on your phone
• Then select the app “permissions”
• Then select “show notifications”
• Then slide the on/off toggle to the on position (no longer grayed out when on) for the following alerts to show up on your phone:
  • Pop on screen – when the device is unlocked, the notifications will
  • appear as a banner on your screen
  • Sound
  • Lock screen, then select “show all notification content”
  • Show notification dot

Announcements can be viewed by tapping on the Stopfinder “Stoppy” icon at the bottom of the app. A blue badge will appear with the number of unread messages.

Push Notifications require your device to be configured to allow Stopfinder to send Push Notifications. For iOS devices, use Settings > Notifications > Stopfinder > Allow Notifications. While Android settings vary by device, generally, there is a Notifications option in App Settings, or press and hold the Stopfinder App icon to see more options.

Fake students had to be created for the mapping process, and the fake students were placed in areas outside of the District.

We have been working with Transfinder to provide the most accurate ETA Alerts using new techniques. If you are still having issues, please fill out the transportation assistance form so that GPS data may be reviewed and routes can be updated to reflect the proper stop time if needed.
