How to Become a Vendor for the Wentzville R-IV School District

Vendors requesting to do business with the Wentzville R-IV School District are required to complete a VENDOR REGISTRATION packet.  Please note that you will need a signed and dated W-9 (electronic copy) in order to complete the vendor registration package.  Completing the registration does not guarantee future business with the Wentzville R-IV School District.
