Free & Reduced Meal Information

Did you know that children from families whose current income is at or below the current income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced-price school meals? The Wentzville School District can help.

The Free & Reduced meal application is now available. A Spanish version of the application is also available. Applications can also be filled out online.

Please fill out each section of the application. We only need one application per household. You can return the application by one of the following methods:

• Return to your child's school
• Scan and e-mail to marysanzottera@wsdr4.org 
• Fax to 636-327-3961
• Mail to: Child Nutrition Services, 101 Support Services Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385
