Accessibility Statement
The Wentzville R-IV School District (the “District”) is committed to ensuring that all members of the public, including individuals with disabilities, have full and equal access to information provided through its digital platforms. This includes all content hosted on the District’s official website and District-managed mobile applications.
Commitment to Accessibility Standards
Some users may have difficulty seeing, hearing, processing, or interacting with web-based content using traditional technologies. To address these challenges, the District follows the accessibility standards set forth in:

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794d, as adopted by Missouri law (§ 161.935, RSMo);
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act;
- Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act; and
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1, developed by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative.
In accordance with federal law, the District will conform to WCAG 2.0, Level AA until April 24, 2026. On and after that date, the District will conform to WCAG 2.1, Levels A and AA, as mandated by the final rule of the U.S. Department of Justice.

The District reviews and monitors its digital content on an ongoing basis and works in collaboration with internal staff and third-party providers to maintain compliance with applicable accessibility standards. This commitment is further reflected in Board Policy 1320 – Accessibility of Web Content and Mobile Applications, which guides our accessibility practices and future improvements.
