Early Childhood Programming

The Wentzville School District offers various opportunities for early childhood programming to students within District boundaries.

Pre-K Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year is underway! To enroll in our tuition-based preschool program, students must be 3 years old by July 31st of the year they are starting preschool.

We are currently full in ALL our Full and Half Day Programs for this School Year (2025-2026)

  • Our waitlist starts over each enrollment year.
  • Tuition-paying students require parent-provided transportation.

Programming & Tuition

We have three program options for you to choose from: 

  • AM Half Day: 5 days Monday-Friday
  • PM Half Day: 5 days Monday-Friday
  • Full Day: 5 days Monday-Friday 

All Tuition will be paid in 10 equal monthly payments (August-May)

  • AM Half-Day Tuition will be $350/month 
  • PM Half-Day Tuition will be $350/month
  • Full Day Tuition will be $700/month*
        *Full day will offer a discounted tuition rate of $350/month for families who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch
  • Special Education Services will be determined individually at each child's IEP meeting. If a family chooses to select options for student attendance in addition to their child's determined special education services, attendance options will be available at the tuition rates above and prorated based on selection.

Enrollment Fee due at time of enrollment to secure placement:

Early Childhood Before & Aftercare

During the 2026-27 school year, the Chautauqua Program will be available at every early childhood site from 7-9 a.m. and from 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday for students enrolled in the full-day option only following the Early Childhood Calendar.

More detailed information, including pricing, will be coming to families who secure a Full Day Early Childhood Placement via email.

Locations

Your child’s Early Childhood site will be determined by your home address. Your address falls within an elementary school attendance boundary, and that boundary determines which Early Childhood location your child will attend. If you are unsure which elementary school serves your address, you can find it using the District’s interactive boundary map.
