Measurable Results Assessment

90-100 Exemplary; 80-90 Effective; 70-79 Satisfactory; 50-69 Needs Improvement; 0-49 Ineffective

The Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) is a powerful tool that supports positive growth through focused, empowered action. It measures the results we are getting in the areas of leadership, culture, and academics. The survey is facilitated by Leader In Me in partnership with the WSD each April.

  • Family: Look for a personalized survey link in your child’s school newsletter each April. It typically takes about 5 minutes to complete and asks questions related to the experiences you and your child have at school.
  • Students: The survey will be administered at school and typically takes between 15-20 minutes. Students privately answer questions about their attitudes and behaviors--and can skip questions and stop anytime they choose.
  • Staff: A survey link will be sent via the staff newsletter or administered at a staff meeting/PD day.

While we may conduct smaller surveys for planning purposes throughout the school year, the MRA is our district’s primary focus and channel for feedback. The following information highlights areas of success and opportunities for growth in the areas of leadership, culture, and academics. These are district averages; look for building-specific data in your school newsletters.
