Board Meetings and Minutes
Regular meetings convene on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Please refer to Diligent Community for information regarding meeting location.
Meetings may also be viewed via live stream at youtube.com/@wsdboardofeducation. We use the Diligent Community system for our board meetings and archived board minutes. Public access to Diligent Community.

Addressing the Board of Education
Public comments are welcome at each regular board meeting during the Public Comment Period. To address the Board, you must be a WSD resident or employee. The electronic sign-up sheet for the Public Comment Period will be available up to 24 hours before the meeting and will close 30 minutes before the start of the open session meeting. Per Board Policy #0412, the Public Comment Period is a 30-minute session, in which a maximum of 10 speakers will be allowed up to three minutes for their presentation. Board Policy #0412
Executive Session
The Board of Education may meet in closed session to discuss those items as designated by the law. These sessions are usually held immediately before the regular board meeting.
